Choosing where to set up
Mainland suits businesses trading across the UAE or with government. Free zones suit many international, consulting and trading businesses. DIFC suits financial services and holding structures. The right answer depends on your customers, office needs, banking and visa plans, and we lay out the trade-offs before you commit.
PRO services without a PRO on payroll
Visa renewals, licence amendments and government submissions come round every year. We track the dates and handle the paperwork, so nothing expires by accident.
We are a registered agent for Meydan Free Zone and handle setups and PRO work with all other UAE authorities.
Questions we hear often
Can a foreigner own 100% of a mainland company?
Yes, for most commercial and industrial activities. A short list of strategic activities still has restrictions, which we check for your activity.
What happens after the licence is issued?
Register for corporate tax, open a bank account, apply for visas and, if your turnover will pass the threshold, register for VAT. We sequence these so you are compliant from day one.
